I am a freelance writer, comic artist, and humorist. In other words, I'm a lazy, jobless bum/waste product of society at large. I like writing about the interesting things in my day-to-day life (for me at least, it could be terribly unremarkable for others) as well as my thoughts on things I've an interest in. I am addicted to coffee, music, basketball, and have a heavy interest in poetry and prose.

I used to be a musician, having been in a handful of bands from my early teens up until a few years ago. I've experienced the difficulties of do-it-yourself recording, booking and playing gigs in bars and hotels, as well as the rewards of getting noticed and getting airplay on the radio (however short-lived and what little of it we had).

It didn't work out in the end, so after that phase of my life I decided to focus my creative energies on comics. I started my own webcomic called EvergreenSD and ran it for two years, picking up a nomination for the "Best Weekly Webcomic" Award at the 2006 Philippine Komiks Convention. (I have since discontinued the comic, but I have decided to keep it online).

Eventually, I decided to get a regular job, and held three jobs, but not for long, for various reasons.

Right now, I am developing a new website and hopefully a new webcomic as well. If all goes well and my efforts will bear fruit in some time.
